We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to exchange an item, we’re happy to help.
Our conditions for exchange are:
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must be attached to the product and it must be in the original package.
- You must send us an exchange request via our Contact page within a maximum of 14 days after your order is processed.
- Please provide the following information: Name, Order Number, Item, Size, Color, Reason for Exchange.
Sending your items:
- All costs with shipping are from the client's responsibility.
- We recommend you send your items using a trackable postage method. PE Beachwear will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- Costs with shipping are not refundable.
Processing your request:
- All products are subject to inspection before we approve your exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your exchange.
